As a Licensed Professional Counselor (2005) I have had 15 years of experience providing outpatient treatment to all ages of individuals and their families with a multitude of treatment needs. After obtaining my Masters of Science in Community Counseling from Gannon University, I began working with children and their families, where I discovered my passion in the treatment of anxiety disorders. Over the last few years, I began extensive training in anxiety treatment to hone my skills in the treatment of all facets of anxiety disorders (OCD, GAD, Social Phobia, Panic Disorders, etc.).

I also specialize in adjustment disorders, grief, and child/adolescent issues utilizing a multi-modal approach to treatment with a specific focus on Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) and Exposure/Response Prevention Therapy. In my commitment to the treatment of various anxiety disorders, I curtail exposure therapy to the specific needs of the individual.

I am currently an active member of the  Anxiety Disorders Association of America, and the American Counseling Association.
